Standard payment terms for HIGS products are 30% prepayment for start manufacturing and 70% upon delivery.
Standard payment terms for OEM/Private label products – 10% of first order volume before product design process started, 90% prepayment to start manufacturing.
Factoring payment – a 30-day credit line is available if a bank/insurance company approves your company.
Partner responsible for checking all the legal conditions regarding Import, sales, taxes, and advertisement of electronic cigarettes and other products supplied by HIGS.
- Does the country have an excise tax for electronic cigarettes and excise stamps?
- Check the amount of taxes per 1 ml of the nicotine-containing liquid.
- Check with the local import/clearance broker what is necessary to import electronic cigarettes.
All electronic cigarettes in Europe Unions should be submitted to the EU-CEG Entry Gate system before selling these products. In most regions, there is a 6-month waiting period from the product submission date to the sales start, as well as additional fees for local registrations or product or packaging requirements.
HIGS products are registered in the EU-CEG system and are available for resale. In case of any specific requirements announced by a local government, we will adjust our product/packaging accordingly, free of charge.
We introduce a forecast system to optimize delivery time and make more convenient conditions for the partners. Each month we ask our partners to fill in a special form with the goods they plan to receive in the next period. This estimation is not obligatory for ordering but helps us to speed up the manufacturing process so that you can get HIGS products faster.
Distributors must send sales statistics twice per month and product stock level upon request in 2 days. We may use this information for product manufacturing time optimization and preparing some stock levels for you in advance.
All post-payment invoices are insured by the bank, which issues the credit line for 30-60 days.
The partner company should be at least three years old to receive acceptance for the credit line. The bank will request to submit the balance sheet and financial statements for the past and previous years. After the document check, the bank will determine the credit line amount for daily operations. As a result of on-time payments, you can receive a credit limit increase in some months. The cost for credit-line starts from 0.9% per 30 days.
